The Exhibition is part of City of Jewellery 2023 by Copenhagen GoldsmithGuild
It is with pride that I present the brooches of 61 colleagues in my studio.
Experience how diverse a expression a brooch can have when goldsmiths and jewellery artists from home and abroad – from Longyearbyen in the north to Adelaide in the south – interpret the brooch.
All are colleagues I have met throughout my life in jewellery. The jewellery has taken me around the world and brought the world to me.
I have set up only 1 dogma for the brooches at the exhibition: They must be a maximum of 5 x 5 cm.
Otherwise, it has been entirely up to each individual what they wanted to exhibit.
In this way, it has become an exhibition without censorship, where my colleagues have themselves chosen how they want to present their work.
